What I meant is, what size is the through axle on a 2011 scalp?

Come on now, it's not that hard! Do you have a ruler?
There are two standard sizes for the front axle, 15 and 20mm thru axle.

For the rear, the standard is 12mm thru axle in either 135, 142 or 150mm length.

There is your day's lesson.

Or 157mm. We can all learn something today Wink

32 chainring, 11-42 XT cassette (Wolfotooth modified). Wink

Nice. Is that a medium cage rear mech or a short? Modified in what way? Plenty of questions, I'm thinking of doing this to my Mega.
I would like to give it ago but my Saint will only go up to 36 tooth at a push Cry

user Iffy has Zee on 40t Wink

Higher volume air sleeve; the opposite of what many have been doing to Monarch RT3 shocks. I don't get it. Sounds like the opposite of what Mega owners want anyway.

No responses to my Vivid Air query from the previous page - anyone running one? Medium tune? I'm getting no help whatsoever from my local Rockshox dealer with trying to help me warranty my leaking Monarch RT3 and the UK shop I bought it from is no longer trading. I'm going to service the Monarch myself but am planning ahead in case it's knackered so that I can get my brother to bring a cheap replacement Vivid/etc over from the US in a few weeks.

Anyone tried offset bushings on the mega ?

Personally I don't think they're needed.
the geo is fine for what the bike is for!
Go too slack on the head and it prob wouldn't climb very well.

Totally agree. I tried to run the fork at 170mm, I gained almost a full degree on the head angle but climbing was really decreased, the front wheel wouldn't stay on the ground.
The geo is fine for the task in hand.
