I stand corrected.
However, this only applies to cane creek.
Fox, RS and just about every other manufacturer specifies two full turns Max when using a stock spring

Ok sounds good, i have a 450 spring with 88 kg. no preload. around 15mm sag.

My current settings are:
HSC: 2
LSC: 16
HSR: 1.5
LSR: 12

I changed my settings a bit:

Preload, almost 2 full turns

HSC: 2.5
LSC: 18
HSR: 1.5
LSR: 12

Rebound i didn't change yet, because of having no real challeging trails near me...

In theory (dependent on preferences and riding styles) Large should be the correct size for you- it's what our 6ft guys in the team and office are on.

Im 6' and ride size Large.

I also considered the bigger size, but Im glad that I went for L. Its aggressive bike and its need to be ridden hard. From the bigger frame, I think getting feedback would have been even harder.

Great frame! Goes for everything. Really solid on DH runs and on bike parks.

Once you get your shock tuned or changed Smile

Are we all just waiting for the carbon 2018 mega to be officially announced and released? From the EWS pics, it looks pretty much the same as the current frame (which is a good thing!), but if it's got a bit more compatibility with other shocks, it's going to be a fine machine! I'm not strictly set on carbon mind you an AL version in the copper paint job would also be pretty sweet.

i'm not really waiting for the carbon frame... but i'm certainly interested in the upgrade when it does!

any new spy pics of it?

- haven't seen anything new for a while. with the 2017 frames and bikes on clearance at CRC, it seems like now is the time for a new announcement!

Does anyone know where I can get a mech hanger for my 2012 mega? Smashed mine the other week. Contacted Hotlines who said we don't have any and Nukeproof aren't making anymore which is pretty shitty customer support if you ask me! Anyway my Mega is screwed unless someone can help me out!!
