Hello! so i got a really nasty rock hit on my new Giga and it seems like a carbon damaged and there is a crack. This is my first experience with carbon frame. Does anyone have any experience with Nukeproof warranty?
No experience, but I'd be surprised if a rock strike would be covered by a warranty. . . but good luck!
There are places that can fix carbon, thankfully I've never owned a carbon bike, so I don't know how expensive it would run you.

As bad as that initially appears it's impossible to tell if your chainstay is actually damaged at the carbon in those pictures.
Anyhow, according to Nukeproof's site they do offer crash replacement. Expect a discount on a new frame if you decide to go this route:
FRAME CRASH REPLACEMENT Nukeproof understand that accidents do happen and endeavour to produce some of the most reliable products available. However, in the event of a crash, Nukeproof offer a crash replacement service on all frames within the term of their warranty period. A discounted replacement will be offered through the registered dealer where the product was purchased. In circumstances where the dealer is unable to fulfil the service, a crash replacement will be dealt with through the International Distributor directly www.hotlines-uk.com. Terms and conditions apply.
Please contact a Nukerpoof dealer or Hotlines for further information.

while thisis good to know, I do think he only needs the rear triangle, not the whole frame.

Right, so he'll probably get a discount for a replacement chainstay...maybe.
Get a specialist to look at it first. Nukeproof sell entire rear triangles but not chainstays alone for that bike. If it needs repairing then you’ll have to see if the discounted rear triangle is more costly than getting a carbon repair done.
After owning a Mega a few years back (2018 Alloy) which was an awesome bike, thought I would give them another try. Looks like they got some good write-ups and it looks pretty damn nice.
So I ended up buying the the 2022 Mega (Carbon), but only a month of alpine riding seemed to be the limit for this frame as I found a nice crack on the shock mount. Anyone else experienced anything similar or other cracks/failures? After having a good scan over the frame, the quality looks very shoddy; the logo is glued on all squint, the bottom protection looks like its away to come off, and shock bolts started to show signs of wear. All of this doesn't bode well.
It's away to the bike shop for warranty but I am trying to push for a refund based on the observations above. I believe I have full right to get my money back even though the frame is now used?

Doubt you'll get a refund, man. Probably just warranty replace the cracked piece.
Apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer... I'm looking at getting a 2019 mega 275 alloy, size medium. Does anyone know what the maximum insertion depth for the seatpost is?
Not sure what the insertion depth is, but you can fit a 150mm drop post in there with the collar all the way down as long as it’s a relatively low profile dropper. Not sure if anything with a bigger drop will fit.

No luck finding exactly what you're looking for, but did see that the Medium was fitted with a Rockshox Reverb Stealth 440mm length and 150mm drop.
You could try contacting them directly for the exact specification: Email: info@nukeproof.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/Nuke_Proof Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NukeProofBikes Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nukeproofbikes
I assume this has been covered but I haven't seen it anywhere. For my 2021 290 Mega do I really need a 2.5mm spacer for the 230x65 coil I ordered or can I run it at the 65 without rub?
