I got one for my all mountain bike with a ccdb, 450x2.25. Feels much more responsive over small trail chatter. Weight difference is only 100g less on the 2.25 from my steel one but it looks cool and the amount of required force to start the bike moving through its travel is way less and then it ramps up more. Also got the spring bearing so that might be contributing to the responsive feel too. I am happy with it and after riding this ti spring wouldn't want to go back to steel. If I had a long travel dh bike and was dropping way more weight I would definitely go for one.
