I have never been a fan of the way their bikes ride. I have tried 4 or 5 of them over the years and have always felt I could never get the suspension to feel right. Genius, Ransom, and one other I can’t remember.
I rode the previous gambler and felt like it rode alright. Hard to tell too much cause it was a cheap and heavy rental bike but the suspension worked quite well.
A Spark will probably be my next bike but would want a test ride first. 440 seat tube on a medium is my only hesitation, I'd prefer 420 but the rest of the geometry may make up for it.
Too long seat tubes has always been the shortcoming of the Spark line. My large 2017 Spark Plus had a 19" seat tube. My large Tallboy 4 had a 17" seat tube.

A mate had a Ransom, it became known as the Rancid! It was such a horrible bike to ride, too tall, too short, suspension sucked.
Here is just a huge mess, grandma got a stroke, lost mobility of half her body and not as lucid as she was... Been taking a huge toll on everyone here...
Excited that dates for Meraki trips are starting to move again and we have booked trips for 2022 (F* covid)
Glad to see old timers around... Maybe a washing machine showing next lol

Interesting. I've not ridden any of their newer bikes myself.
