Skyway Tuff II axle and bearings

Hi everyone I recently purchased a set of original Skyway Tuff II's in black. There in really good condition apart from the back wheel hasn't got the axle or bearings. Is there anywhere i can purchase them from, really struggling finding any. Cheers Paul
