Okay then.
Transition Trail or Park.
Nuff' Said.

The trail or park frame is not rated for forks larger than 100mm. it would probibly handle terribly and would feel bad due to the rake.

The giant Stp is also not rated for a fork larger than 100mm. Your best bet would be either:
-Santa Cruz Jackal
-NS Bitch
-Banshee Morphine
-Sinister Ridge

There are probibly a lot more, but this is all I can think of off the top of my head that are rated for 150mm forks.

The Morphine is far too heavy and beefy for DJ. The NS is the best candidate. It's a normal-looking frame, like an street/DJ frame, but it's a little beefed up.

For $300 I think you are SOL. I dont think many reliable mtb frames are sold for $300 new, let alone ones that can handle the added stress of a 150mm fork. Your best bet would be to look for the listed frames used in the buy and sell.

As for the Morphine thing, it is not really that heavy. 6lbs is comparable to the Dobermann MBF and theire Mollase(sp?) as well as beign only half a pound heavier than the pincher.

i have a rocky mountain flow F1.0. and it has Marzocchi DJ Comp 130mm and its rides nice and looks ordinary.

so you could proberbly get away with 150mm fork on this frame.

I would strongly advise against it. it would rake it out like a chopper and would handle terribly. Also, the frame is not designed in any way to take the extreme stress that would be caused by a dc fork.
