I'm currently riding a dirt jump bike ('11 Dobermann pinscher) for my everything bike (I raise the seat for xc/am and slam it for dj). Right now Im running a fork with 100mm of travel but am thinking about going up to 130mm. The head angle is 72. How much would this really affect the riding?

Head angle would be roughly 70 degree. Bottom bracket would be half inch higher

would be about 68-68.5 degress ish but be carefull and make sure the frame can take such big forks as it can stress the frame too much

That's true. Probably gonna stick with what I got for right now. What did you use to get the angles?

worked out the difference from previous bikes that when i went from 160mm forks to 140mm head angle went a degree steeper. and vice versa. it doesnt change much but its very noticeable

I went from an 80mm to a 120mm on my first hardtail. Certainly slackened it out and made it more aggressive. A longer travel fork, like going from 100 to 160 would put lots of leverage on your top tube, could cause undue stress and break your frame. Play it safe, and keep it within an inch or so.
