What about viewing the trail or whatever it is in your web browser and downloading from there, rather than trying from the app?

You could also share it to Google Drive and download it that way.

Google also has its own "Files" app...

The homepage continuously thinks I am located in Arkansas. I have tried to change the default map location to show the greater Vancouver, BC area (including WV and NV) but, nothing I do seems to fix it.
I have seen this issue come up on this thread a couple of times but, haven't seen a way to resolve it. Using full browser version through Chrome.

NSMBA is having a 29 min for 29 days in a row challenge. I'm getting the moving time not even close to total time bug. This is unfortunate since a few of the challenges may be based on moving time. Including the main challenge of 29 min per day. Today I rode for 51:47 and it says I was only moving for 15:20. So, I don't get 29 min for today.?!?!

I have exactly the same problem, I have set my location (also Vancouver) everywhere I can find to do so but "Popular Nearby Regions" is Arkansas, weather report is Arkansas. Been like this for years now with no solution.

Regarding the new service tracker feature, how is this supposed to work? I have added a few service intervals for the suspension on my bikes, recorded a few ridelogs, but the status for my interval still displays 0 hours. Shouldn't this show the total number of hours I've ridden since the last service?

Any update on this issue? Zoom level18 has no labels and zoom level 17.5 - 17.9 show old trail names.

It has given me a lot of grief! And 2 other people that I know. I am not getting credit for some days of activity . I have a badge i shouldnt and i dont have a badge that I should. . It seems very buggy and despite my flagging still has issues. My rides/hikes are not being counted correctly unless I resubmit for badge inclusion. I know its a silly fun function but the badges are very motivating and I would like them to be accurate. Thanks for all your hard fixing the bugs it means a lot to us users! Trailforks is a pretty cool app. Using it for years now.

I'm having similar issues. My Feb 1 ridelog showing as Feb 6 so no badge award for Feb 1 (even though upload date noted as Feb 1). And timings between Strava and Trailforks way off (usually need to ride an extra 15-20 min to be comfortable I'll make the 29 min cut-off). issues aside though, I really enjoy having this challenge as I am committing to getting out there every day after a rough January (work/kids/life/etc)!

Similar issue here. My rides in Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody are displaying as the correct city but in Alberta.

I got the 15 day badge on day 1 but nothing since.

I rode Eagle Mountain for 2 hours and was only credited for 22 minutes

I hope they can fix this as I'm adding extra rides to accomplish this goal.

Hmm yes this does seem to be the cast, very strange. I'll investigate this.

I've tweaked the moving time formula. You can manually recalculate an individual ridelog with the " recalculate stats & trail identification" link
