How is the Top Trails section from the Ride Log Stats calculated? There's this trail that I rode three times this year but it doesn't appear at all in the top trails section:

I'm not an Admin, but I think I can help: It looks like you added the trail to your Ridelog - the trail wasn't recognized by TF so you edited the Ridelog to include the trail. Go to the bottom of the Ridelog and click on "Recalculate Trail Stats and Identification". I think that will trigger TF to look at the new data and refresh the system for you. Do this for any Ridelog you've edited and added trails.

I have been unable to access the login page for the past day or 2 and get the message:

“403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.”

Devices I am already logged into have no issues. I’ve seen a few people on Reddit saying they have the same issue

Went out and recorded a number of short hiking trails in our area the other day. Named them, saved them and they aren't showing up at all on my iPhone app. But when I go to the desktop website they are cued up but not showing up. What gives? I have some time invested here.

I think they've been having some server issues over the last few days, the uploads might be a bit delayed.

On the Ride Logs page, when attempting to switch between sorting categories (ie "Mountain Bike", "Downhill Ski", "All") the change does not take and it continually loads whatever ride logs are associated with the category at the time of access, which unfortunately for me is "Downhill Ski", so I can't see any of my MTB or Gravel ride logs. All I can see are the skiing ride logs I captured.

Is the Garmin Trailforks map being updated? Mine is telling me the map dates from October 2022.

You are correct. I will change this on the web maps.

There is a Garmin Activity activityType=BACKCOUNTRY_SNOWBOARDING which isnt synced with trailforks. Would be nice if this type could added to the supported activity list as well️.
Could be simply referred to backcountry skiing.

Seems like strava Activity walking is imported to trailforks as Multi use activity. This should be handled as hiking in my opinion.

I'm still having this issue where I can't properly sort my ride logs on the website. It's stuck on "Downhill Ski".

Trying to flag a trail as 'other' and getting an error that a note is required - but I've written a note in the text field. Happens on Chrome and Safari, and when flagging using other buttons.

Possibly because I put an http link in the note?? I am trying to get an admin to link a bunch of trails together that are now marked as a single trail on the ground.

Related to my previous post, the following trail has been renamed (accurately) to 'Snowshoe Trail' but on the map the legend is still its previous (incorrect) name of 'Interior Connector'. Is this a caching issue??

The names on the map will take a little bit to reflect those changes.

Hi, this video (https://www.trailforks.com/video/pb/583337/) has been showing "Your video is currently being converted. It is almost ready." for around 24 hrs. Could not find a way to delete and try again either.

The low res usually shows up fast, even for longer videos.

Original video is mp4, 14 seconds long.

Feel free to delete it if it was a one-off bug, I can re-upload if needed.
