Deity, octane one 2pcs.crank, I think Dartmoor used to have BMX cranks too not sure about now tho. Atomlab has BMX style as well. Just a few companies that came to mind. Or you can Get the euro BB and a spindle the correct length as long as is the correct spline count you can use just about any BMX crank arms

Also note that the Odyssey Euro bottom bracket did not come with the correct tube spacer for a 73mm wide bb shell.
Those are easy to get though.
