I don't know what frame you have. But, assuming that it has a 73mm wide euro bb shell, then to run BMX Profile cranks, you need: 1) Profile bmx race crank arms (whatever length you want, but 175mm is typical) 2) 19mm X 6" spindle. (Note I mean 6" not 5.75") 3) BMX internal euro bb, like Odyssey or Profile 4) 53mm tube spacer . (Note this is NOT the typical 48mm wide tube spacer).
Profile BMX crank arms are designed for a 48-spline style spindle. Typically, you would use the 19mm spindle (although a fatter 22mm one exists). Therefore, you would want the BMX Euro bottom bracket designed for a 19mm spindle.
