HI guys,

As the title says, has anyone taken delivery of a Transition Patrol (Bike or Frame) as yet?
This is more a question you guys in the U.S. & Canada as they have not yet arrived on European shores and probably won't until December.
I have pre-ordered one and just wanted to know how it rides. I currently have a Covert and love it, based on that, I decided to order one regardless as U.K. Stock was almost sold out before delivery dates were available (or so I am told!) so a test ride was not going to be an option......

I'm in the same boat. It looks like they are coming to the U.S. In December. However I am on the second order and mines coming late January/ February. I can't wait till it comes! Someone please post a ride report!

A guy i know is a UK dealer. He offered me the base spec at a great price, but couldn't commit to a delivery time. He thought it would be mid December, but that wasn't definite!

Unfortunately, delivery dates seemed to have slipped again as I have found out this week. 1st deliveries for U.K. which I am part of are now 1st week Jan as UK disti does not open between Christmas & new year! Cry and second UK deliveries are now April!
I have a room full of every other component ready to build the bike, but I have no frame.....

Luckily I ordered mine in September which gets me one of the first batch, but now delivery is 1st week january. further frames/bikes will not arrive until April...

I ordered a Suppresser from North Shore BIke Shop (world largest TR dealer). The Suppressers are coming on their second boat from the factory, expected to be in store January just behind the first shipment arriving in December. I believe there are still a few patrols/scouts that are not spoken for in that first shipment. North Shore Bike Shop ships world wide. Send them a PB message

My Patrol is on its way but won't arrive here in the UK until last week Dec and delivery to me 1st week Jan. All frames have been delayed about 6 weeks from the original due date given due to some undisclosed production delays. This is what Sam Burkhardt told me any way. I am sure it will be worth the wait though...Big Grin

I can't wait to get mine! I have a room full of component and no frame to attach them to. Never mind, Sam Berkhardt tells me that it will be well worth waiting for! Ours in the UK will be here between Christmas & the New Year, but the Disti won't open their doors until the first week of Jan. So my Covert it is until then.....

That's great news! as we all know, it is always a big risk buying a bike without riding it first.

Cool! not long to wait now! Big Grin I am used to long waits for TR frames, I waited more than 5 months for my current covert, but they never disappoint! always worth the wait....
