So I've been a dh and xc guy for a while but started back in the day as a dirt jumper. Found some decent trails and a fun pump track by my house and looking to get back into it. With the majority of my money going to be other bikes I found a full chromoly bike at walmart for under 200. What your thoughts? Will it hold up to a little abuse?

I don't know. They probably are better than other Walmart bikes.... but it's still a Walmart bike.
You'd be better off finding a lightly-ridden used bike in your area.
Is there a reason why you'd go for 20" wheels instead of 24" bmx, 24" mtb-DJ, or 26" mtb-DJ ? (Not hatin', I rode 20"s for a really long time too, but.... no longer. It would be more consistent with your DH and XC riding to go 24" or 26".).
STANDARD 125R 24" $299 (This frame-only would have been 400-500. Although not clear what other parts are on it--not sure that's a Standard fork. Parts may have come off some other 24" like a Redline). http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/bik/5153315254.html
Yea that's what I was thinking I just dont see much used that's chromoly for much under 400. I just thought for the price it may be worth it. As to the 20" I kinda just want something different from the DH and XC and finding a decent 24" looks to be running about $600. This is really just something to play around on. I'm 30 now so not really looking to be hucking myself off a set of stairs to flat. DH spoiled me to the beauty of transitions if your taking a 10 foot drop. Haha
