Hey, I've got a Giant stock dropper post I'm looking to swap out to a after market 1x lever, like the Specialized SRL one. The twist is that the Giant lever clamps onto the cable which is then cut and a crimp added, instead of using the cable end like a regular shifter. Are there any after market levers that work this way? Cheers guys

The new fox transfer dropper levers use that same design where the cable is clamped at the lever. Depending on when the transfer posts are released in the UK, that might be a viable option for you.
