I can try that but I contacted them through the contacts on the newly redone site. You would think that would be up to date since its got the new 2017 stuff on it.

you're right, the number on the new marzo website do works, I talked to them this morning, it is a fox number though.

I have filled out the contact form on Marzocchi's website 3 times over the past 6 weeks or so, with no response.
I tried emailing them, but my emails get rejected. I haven't tried calling yet because my work makes daytime personal calls nearly impossible.
I have a problem with my 350 NCR Ti 170 - it has bushing-induced stanchion scratch, and subsequent stiction that does not resolve with repeated break-in (250 miles?) and repeated overhauls with the right lubes/fluids. It needs replacing, but I can't get ahold of anyone.
Any ideas? Anyone been successful?
I bought the fork from an authorized German retailer as it was unavailable from any shop in the US at time of purchase - even Fox was out of stock (and apparently still is). Getting discouraged by Fox's apparent lack of interest in supporting Marzocchi products. If only Fox made a fork as good as the NCR 350 Ti...
