Trails not showing on Ride Planner

Hey,

Yesterday afternoon (Australian times) Added some little trails and links to assist with planning race routes, water main, link & grassy loop being the trails I added.

http://www.trailforks.com/region/castle-hill/map/

They show up on the region map, but not yet on the ride planner.

I've not had them take this long, maybe it's just a system go slow thing.

The ride planner doesn't load the trails directly, it loads from a separate routing database after the trails are all split-up into routable sections. The system is supposed to fire an update for the region when a trail is added or edited to update this in the backend. Depending on the complexity of the region can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour.

The trails seem to be in the ride planner now?

It seems the routing area for that region is fairly large and includes a lot of city roads, so its probably slow to update.

the same happens to my route - map doesnt show trails in ride planner (no matter how long I'm waiting for)

If I zoom out i can se trail but zoomning in they disapear and app crasches all the time. I have reinstalled it 4-5 Times but same!

The ride planner is pretty messed up at the moment in many places. Going to be a huge hassle to fix.
Vedder should be working again now though.

I'm also having issues in my region, "Hlíðdarfjall" "Akureyri" "Iceland"

I have been trying to make and publish a route and timed sections for a Enduro race we are having very soon.
My newer trails, over the past couple of months/weeks are not showing up and I'm running out of time.
I was rely hoping to use Trailforks to publish the route for the race.
All the newer, higher up trails don't show on the route planer.
Can you please take a look at my region?

do you know how long the ride planner will be down for? I keep getting down for maintenance when trying to build a route for the last 2 days.

Couple of days. We are currently regenerating all the routing regions, since the old ones were starting to cause a lot of issues.

this seems to be happening for some riding areas near me, I do not think they were added recently.
