Considering buying a used 2018 Vendetta X2. Question: Was this bike originally built for 27.5 and some guys are running 29's like the one I am considering? Or is the X2 like the X3 where you can easily run both? I'd want to run at least a 29 x 2.4 in the back but in this thread most folks refer to the X2 as "27.5."

X2 was designed originally for 27.5. Although you can run 29er…it still pedals but it’s defo not as fun as 27.5 due to the high BB…it’s defo compromised as a full 29…The X3 has specific both 27.5 and 29 variants.
I’ve had both…the X2 in 27.5 is a lot of fun…but I also love the later X3 in 29.
