50mm riser bars

I'm looking to get a riser bar since I'm a pretty tall rider and feel quite hunched over most of the time when riding.
Has anyone ridden the 50mm or 60mm rise Spank bars? I'm tempted to buy the 60mm rise in 785 width but feeling as if its a bit much.

Running some Spank Spike in 800mm wide, 50mm rise and 31.8 clamp on the enduro. So far so good, a bit tricky to find the right angle on them, but my back thanks the added height.

Spank do 35 too.

Also consider a stem w/ a shorter stack - will let you squeeze an extra couple of spacers under, could gain 5-20mm!
