Off to Halifax for a month over Christmas to spend time with the inlaws.

Is there any use in bringing a bike for that time? And what kind of riding will there be?

Losing a month of summer riding isn't ideal...

Three words. Wet, cold, fun. Bring cold/wet weather gear. Trails are very rocky, mainly granite so get tires with reinforced sidewalls.

Honestly, riding MTBs in the Atlantic winter isn't everyone's cup of tea, it can get real sucky at times
