I am looking for 73mm bottom bracket but I dont know which one to choose. Also what are the diffirences between europe bb and mid

depends on the cranks you are planning on fitting for which bb you need. euro is threaded and mid is "pressed in" (most people seem to just hammer in mid bb)

Mid and Spanish bottom bracket shells do not have threading inside the shell:

The Odyssey Euro internal bottom bracket https://www.niagaracycle.com/categories/odyssey-19mm-euro-bottom-bracket-cup-bearing-set has cups that screw inside the bottom bracket shell (so the bearings are inside the shell). An "external" or "outboard" Euro bottom bracket will have the bearings outside the shell.
Odyssey Euro Internal bottom bracket: (note that it comes with a tube spacer for a 68mm bb shell)
