I wanna build a quarter for dirt, but I don't know what radius and height would be correct to use. Any suggestion?

I found it easier to have a hillside with a bit of a slope to dig into.

something like this:

In skateboarding and BMX, the most common radius for quarterpipes, bowls, etc. is 8 feet (2.44m). But, vert ramps sometimes use a 9 foot transition, sometimes even 10.

For MTB DJ/Slopestyle, though, people tend to go with a slightly larger radius, like 9 feet (2.74m). I don't know what the one in this photo is, exactly, but it looks larger than a standard 8 foot BMX quarter.

Most vert ramps have a 9' or 10' transition, with 1'-2' feet of vert.
