Anybody have suggestions regarding handlebar height as it relates to Enduro riding? I race competitive XC at a fairly high level, and have my position fairly dialed in over the years which consists of a flat bar, 0 degree stem slammed.

I recently changed that to a +6 degree stem, with a couple spacers….which feels good and aggressive, but some of the steeper sections are still a bit sketchy. Considering a riser bar for more height.

What is the general consensus for bar height for Enduro? I’d imagine the best metric for comparison is BB to handlebar height? Still trying to sort through what the best setup is.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

General consensus is what makes you feel comfortable, try different set ups and see what gives you the best feel

I believe it was Pinkbike that did a recent video on bar height at the EWS. It ranged from rider to rider but generally was in the 1050-1100mm range (ground to top of grip).
