-10 stem - starting to see these bikes creep closer and closer to the moto standards. It would be interesting to see somebody model a dirtbike and see how close mtb are getting. I sorta try to get mine setup the same based on a tape measure and rough guesses

That Aussie guy can ride - he should race.
In all seriousness - Hill has something, never been able to put my finger on it, just a natural controlled, maybe confident style on the bike that I've always enjoyed watching. Even in his enduro days when he was dominating 8/9/10 yrs ago, he not only looked different on the bike but was riding completely different lines than everybody....and beating everybody by pretty large margins.

And there is a reason it doesn't cost what Bend does - when I first started coming to Bend in the late 90's, it was much of the same. I think now is the time to get into places like KFalls, it will change over time I think. If you pull the trigger when everything is just right, the ship has sailed with home prices.
