Where to go for Devinci frame parts?

I have a 2015 carbon Spartan 27.5 and need new internal routing port covers. Mine are cracked.

I have emailed Devinci and they returned my email a week later asking to try a Devinci dealer.

I found Fanatik online, who seem to have Devinci parts. I’ve both emailed them and submitted a chat a week ago but haven’t heard back.

Are these cover grommets proprietary to the Devinci or are they generic?

Any suggestions besides just superglue?
Thanks
Tim

Yes, I believe they are proprietary, so you need to get them from Devinci. Weird that Fanatyk isn't getting back to you. Bad on them. Try a different shop.

Thanks, I sent an email to EVO asking for the parts.
My bike is all dialed and awesome except these little cracked pieces.

My white paint / graphics on my gray linkage are rough, cracked, and faded. Any ideas for new graphics for the link?

Gravity Shop in Tahoe City is my local shop and a Devinci dealer with a very knowledgeable owner, Mike, who might have the part on his shelf. Look them up and give them a call, they'll ship I'm sure.
