14 foot on a Hardrock?? Did you mean 1ft or 4ft? Surely not 14ft?

I'd get some Manitou Sherman Fireflys. Some on ebay at the moment, for like £70 i think.
Or you could go with what somebody else said Marzocchi DropOff singles, or All Mountain 3's.

Ye get a jump bike, use ur specialized for xc and then ur new jump bike for jumping Confused - i'll tell you from experience though, two bikes dosent always work, you will end up only riding ur new bike everywhere lol.

I got a hardrock with revelations on it and its versatile with 100mm for dj and 130mm for more freeride oriented riding. The biggest drop I've done with it was 7 feet onto a smooth tranny, 14 feet is a little extreme especially if you don't land right. I've been dirtjumping with it for a little over 2 years. I would go for a rox shocks psyloSL or a revelation, they are both light forks(4 lbs) and have good adjustments on them.

If you aren't doing spins or frame casing any jumps, you should be fine with it. It's a really rigid fork and works super smooth. Despite being a quick release, it seems pretty strong.(if you are spinning it would help not to land sideways)
