Recently halfway through my ride home my Pnw Cascade dropper post wouldnt stay down anymore and it was like it was being actuated even without me pressing the lever. When I got home I took the cable out and it still wouldn't lock in place even without any cable attached, do I need to get it warrantied or is there a fix I can do at home? just looking to get back riding asap.

Probably the cam or rod that usually gets pushed when you actuate the cable is stuck. Check at the bottom of the post if something that should be pushed when you pull the cable is stuck inside the seatpost.

Your best bet would be to contact PWN, it might be a simple fix, or it might need a trip to the factory ...
