No, giant doesn't sell touch-up paint. (Edit: transition does. The full sus vitus bikes from ‘21 I’ve built definitely haven’t come with paint, only cheap multi tools and cheaper pedals). Some brands will straight up refuse to give you paint codes, to boot. Generic automotive paint colors is what I've used. Other mechanics I've worked with have used nail polish and model paint to match more odd colors.
