283 - Getting back at it, first bigger ride since my surgery. 28 km and 960m, from home through the Westwood trails into South Benson, then back up into Westwood and down back to home.
Damn it feels good to be back out there.

92: two laps of SideTrax today on our fat bikes, roads were icy but once we get up top conditions were much better/snowier. I think SideTrax will be a great fat bike ride if we can keep a packed line going all winter.

284 - 5 hours of leading a crew of 7 with my wife building a new trail on Doumont. Got an unbelievable amount of progress done. Such a good day

Yeah I had a tissue grafting surgery done for my gums. Two weeks of keeping my heart rate down to prevent blood pressure from separating the tissues. Picked a good time to do it it seems with the torrential rain we've had
