Hey

I want to fit a 170mm dropper (260mm insertion) into a large rift zone (can take a 235mm insertion without problem atm). Anyone done it ? Anybody went further and fit a 200mm/290mm insertion dropper ?

I will but I find measuring inaccurate considering the lower end of the dropper shape with the actuator. I figured someone must have tried it; I guess not.

You can measure max insertion then if you want to deduct the length of the actuator. Generally speaking it is the curve of the ST or a weld that stops the post, not the actuator hitting something.
