Do you have any experience how long Scott Sports usually solve warranty issues with the frames?

Frame wasn't straight from day one with some other quality issues but looks like Scott doesn't control their distributors behaviour regarding customer care...

My example is from Poland where external company takes care of their distribution but for sure they have no idea how to take care of the customers and the good name of the Scott brand

Warranty claim placed 26th of August 2021 (104 days ago ) and Polish distributor still don't want to reply when the frame will be replaced

Legendary Swiss Quality Warranty claim submitted 104 days ago 26th of August 2021 Still unresolved even unreplied by Polish distributor when will be done

Hi Pavel My scott ransom tune frame broke (see other posts) I'm encountering the sames issues from france, the part has been delayed twice already. It broke this summer (june 2021) I changed the broken carbon part by an aluminium one meanwhile, my bike shop was kind enough to sell me the alu part for cheap, meanwhile the carbon part was announced in sept 2021, delayed to december 2021, now they say maybe january 2022... no feedback quite frustrating

Pretty ironic that Scott had their bikes stolen by M13 and now LA cops found them and are holding the bikes ransom for a payout.
Why doesn't scott go to the media with this???

My 2022 920 ransom eride has misaligned seatstays and battery mount both. Scott USA just flat refuses to remedy it. I suspect there is prolly little they can do since the frame was not manufactured correctly and they probably dont even know or care how to fix it. Bike still rides fine and I am loving the bike otherwise. But when it comes time for a new ebike, rest assured it will not be another Scott.

O+

Surely the solution to that is to give you a frame that was manufactured correctly...

What is it with regional Scott distributors anyway? The Australian one's useless too.

I'm in the UK with 2021 Scott ransom eride 920, same rubbing issue at rocker arm which I reported 11 months ago within the first week of owning it. Distributor said I'd have new front triangle and rocker arm in Jan/Feb this year, then in April they said they only had size medium or XL where I ride a large. By May is was the frame would get paint touched up and any parts rubbing turned down by machine shop with a flap disc I suspect so I refused this service. Now the distributor is saying this is all on them coz Scott aren't helping at all so I've been to citizens advice where I've been told I'm entitled to money back for the repair myself or total refund minus wear and tear. It's back with the distributor now.

Just to finish my story. The shop I was using have now sourced and supplied a new frame, replacing my 920 with the 910 in black.
