Adjustable stem for 35mm clamp

I want to raise the bars on my Evil Following by an inch or so. The bars (35mm clamp) already has a 35mm rise and my stem was cut too low to raise it any further. I see quite adjustable stems available for 31.8mm clamp (such as this) but nothing for my 35. I don't want my bar to go forward because that would defeat the purpose (I am tall, my bar is low), just up.
Does anyone know if such an animal is available?
I am quite happy with the Evil bar so would prefer not to thave to change that as well.

Had a similar issue on a couple bikes with short fork steerers.

Have a 35mm clamp Raceface Atlus stem, purchased DEITY HIGHSIDE 80MM RISE HANDLEBAR
in 31.8mm bar clamp, to fit my 35 Race Face stem I used shims to convert from 35 to 31.8.

The other bike also fitted with Race Face Atlus 35 stem, I made a steerer tube extender.

I would not ride with an adjustable stem.
Spank has a 60mm riser bar in 35mm.
