I'm planning to clean/replace my frame bearings and I'm stumped on how to remove/insert the rocker pivot bearing. Is there a special tool required for this? There appear to be 2 slots in the sleeve in which a tool could possibly be inserted but it looks like a difficult process.
Thanks for the reply. I've never used a blind bearing puller but I'll check into it. Just curious, will it pull the entire bearing out or is it possible it will just pull the inner race out, leaving the outter race in.

That's always a risk when pulling a bearing out by the inner race. You can reduce the risk by keeping the puller perpendicular to the bore of the bearing. Much easier for the inner race to separate if you go crooked.
just bring it to the shop. I paid 80 CAD for full-frame and rocker link bearing replacement ( just labour, not including the cost of bearings)
Nice china-made bearing presses are all over the Amazon, the issue is that they are not good for pulling. You can easily damage the frame. Proper tools will run you 300 bucks probably.
