I have purchased a Marzocchi DJ1 fork from a bike shop in Greece but it didn t come with a manual. The fork its a DJ1 2007 model. Well the fork has 2 air valves, located at the upper section of each leg. Does anybody knows how much air should i put in each leg to setup the fork according to my weight which is 200-210 lbs?

as far as i know djs should be pumped from 0-15psi according to the manual. but if you ride jumps youll want a stiff fork anyway i weigh around 11 1/2 stomes and i run them just over 15. you'd probably want them at about 20-30 or somthing. make sure you pump them evenly and not so stiff they feel like theyll blow up

yeah dnt over pump them as they will break, i run mine with 15 in each leg which is the limit, so if u need them harder you will need to get stiffer springs

have the exact same thing. I am just confused by it because in most shocks, the chamber's do different things.

The owner's manual lists the various forks and technical specs. I agree, though, it's a confusing manual, because it's about all their forks.

So I got a marzzoci dj1 fork from 2010 for an old dj I’m building. And something was rattling around inside the fork, I opened the air chamber up and there is also a coil spring in the air chamber. I took the spring out and it stopped rattling and the fork feels completely fine. Think it’s safe to ride it like this? Running about 75psi

some of those older Marzocchi forks are coil forks with air preload. As said above the MAX pressure on these was around 20psi.

If you've got 20psi in them and they're still too soft you need heavier weight springs, adding more air will just break them.
