I have exhausted my search to purchase a replacement part.
820-03-836. Google is no help. It gave me results pertaing to toaster parts.
It's the damper shaft assembly. The shaft is stripped out at the too. It's listed in the fox parts directory but I can't find the part on the internet. What dealer would order this for me?
I'm finding I made a poor choice. I should had ordered the suntour aion.

Are you sure that's the right part number? Fox lists the z2 damper shaft assembly as a different part number than that. Fox says 820-03-626-KIT, but I don't know if that's for your fork.

I’m having the same trouble replacing the upper and lower crown on my Fox 40. Seems that some spare parts are really hard to come by.

It's definitely the 820-03-636. The difference is one is for ebike 636.
