2020 fox49 has a massive 58mm offset.
2022 fox40 has 52mm as standard.

I have both models on different bikes.
I cant tell the difference between them, but they are different bikes, different geometry, head angle etc.
Im trying to decide if an average punter like myself will benefit from fitting a morc40 reduce offset crown to my 49 to bring the offset down from 58mm to 50mm.
Any thought?
Current cool aid suggest lower offset = rad & high offset = sad.

If you can't tell 8mm in offset you might be a mega punter....

Swap forks between the bikes

Yes the offset is noticeable. I have them on my bike.

Yo! So I’ve fitted the MORC to my 49er to reduce the offset from 58mm to 50mm. Feels good man! Proper modernises the fork!
