Hi , I just purchased a nomad v5 frame in oxblood and it comes with a dhx2 coil.
My riding weight is 211 lbs and would like to check what spring rate if suitable for my weight ?
I've been riding a hardtail before this so I don't know sorry.

i talked to my lbs and ran it through this and came up with more or less the same answer.
