The only real tire storage no-no is letting them go flat. Over time the tire will crack at the flat spot. So keep them inflated even when you're not riding them.

Oh, also storing in sunlight or extreme heat. Don't do that either.

But studded tires don't need any particular care. Keep them away from your hardwood floors (for the good of the wood, not the tires), I guess.
