On The new tr11 2022 the shock bolts screws keep sheering off, I’m on my second pair now,
They are fine initially but then if I take of the shock out and re tighten to 10nm like before the heads shear off
Iv got a torque wrench and it says tighten to 10nm on the spec sheet
Anyone else has this problem?

I would definitely let Transition know you are having this issue.
I will give mine a turn when i get home. I have taken my shock off several times to change coils and haven't had this issue.

Yeah, it’s strange, I think my torque wrench might be broken or something

O+

Same happened on a sentinel, tightening it down with a wera calibrated wrench.
The bolt head shears off and when looking at the head the lack of material is stunning. I've heard reports of people using rotor bolts in their place with good success. Perhaps a bad run of production for some of these bolts? The stamping on mine was disgusting.

I instead opted to buy a set of titanium better bolts and they are much more solid looking. No problem reaching 10nm.

I did the same! I got titanium “better bolts” they are so much better
Had to pay £25 shipping from the USA though
