Importing Propain bike to Canada

Hi !

I'm looking at Propain bikes and am wondering if anyone knows if import duty apply when buying a bike from the United-States and shipped to Canada ? I was told if the bicycle is assembled there no charge apply but i doubt that. also i don't know if the bike is actually assembled in Germany or elsewhere.

I looked at this recently, importing a Canyon fatbike to Canada. On top of GSt/hst there might be an additional 13 percent.

I forgot i posted this ! I contacted them and they said the price you pay in the website is the fibal price. They cover the duty and other taxes for canadian costumer
