I dropped 26lbs in the past 3 months and I am struggling so much now with the tuning of my fork.
I am a very bad rider which is not helping with my setup because I cannot really understand what I have to change.

I am 6.2 at 191lbs. I ride an Orbea Rise in XL.

Any similar rider that can give me a good starting point?

Pivot has a very good suspension tuning guide. I’d start with their recommendations.

You probably want about 90 psi, rebound dials set in the middle of the range, and compression damping dials mostly open.
