For those that have had this happen how long did it take to rehab your knee back to full strength?

My surgery is end of this March and I’m being told March 2025 is when I can expect to be back to doing the things I love. As someone who lives and breathes moto, mtb, surfing, skiing I don’t know what the hell I’m going to do with my life.

This also happened one week after I left my job and got off their health insurance. I saved for three and half years to go back to school and enjoy a ski season not working and blew my damn knee almost instantly. Life right?
