Santa Cruz Hightower CC(XL)

$3800 USD
Selling my 2017 Santa Cruz Hightower CC. Size XL. Fits anyone 6’0” and up. This bike absolutely rips and is such a great all around bike. Lively pedaling characteristics but absolutely bombs the descents. This bike is a trail bike speced with aggressive riding components. I am the second owner and purchased this bike from a PinkBike user March 2018. I rode this bike all of the 2018 season and about 150 miles of this 2019 season. I “invisiframe” wrapped the frame when I purchased this but there already was some cosmetic damage to the frame. Most notable there is some paint rub behind the seat tube but this has not gotten worse since I put the invisiframe on the bike. There is some rotor burn along the inside chainstay near the back wheel. The fork has some rub on the lowers from shuttling and their is some minor spots of shuttle rub that have affected the invisiframe wrap. The front right stancion has some very minor knicks that can be felt but do not compromise the seals. Other than that there is some small chips near the BB area, but the frame is in great condition. Parts: - 2017 XL Santa Cruz Hightower CC Frame 135 mm rear travel / 148 x 12 rear axle spacing - 2019 Fox Float X2 w/ climb switch (7.875 x 2.0) *rear shock bushings upgraded to RWC needle bearings - 2017 Factory Series Fox Float 36 (HSC/LSC adjust and 110 x 15 boost spacing) - 2018 Race Face Next R carbon rims with Turbine Vault hubs *great condition - this wheelset was pulled off the bike I just bought and was not used while riding* - 2018 Shimano Saint Brakes (203 mm front rotor / 180 mm rear). *Lots of life left in the brake pads* - 2018 Renthal Farbar Carbon (31.8 diameter) and matching Renthal Apex stem - 2018 Fox Transfer performance dropper post w/ the Wolf Tooth South Paw trigger. Great dropper post purchased new at the tail end of the 2018 riding season. - SRAM X1 cranks with 32 T SRAM direct mount chainring (boost spacing) - SRAM GX 11 speed derailleur / shifter. *GX deraileur and hanger were replaced at the end of the 2018 season and are still in great conditions* - E13 TRS Plus cassette / 11 speed 9-46 T (511% range) roughly ~300 miles on the cassette - E13 LG1 29 x 2.35 downhill casing tires. Condition 7/10. I also have a 11 speed SRAM GX cassette that has seen very minimal use that I can include instead of the E13 cassette if you prefer. I will ship with “Bike Flights” but the buyer must pay for shipping. As of today (4/23/19) I am located in Springdale, UT near Zion and can meet in Saint George or Cedar City. March 6th I will be up in Salt Lake City if you would like to look at the bike. Bike does not come with pedals. Let me know if you have any questions.
