Has anyone on here done the Ard Rock Intro? I've entered for my first one at the end of July and want to find out a bit more about the race. What are the trails like? Are there any big jumps and drops or is it all rollable? Any info is welcome.

It's all rollable, I think the intro just uses the last 3 or 4 stages? Have a look on Youtube, plenty of videos. It's a great event, really fun.
