I bought marzocchi lr44 ( single air, quick release 140-150mm travel ) and im just trying to find some information as i want to service them also changing oil as when i compress them there is like a clicking sound.
If anyone knows anything about them i would be really thankful.

All I could find is the oil info. But it is something. Might be able to ask a question there. Not sure how likely and quickly you would be to get a response though.

I sent Mark two Zokes coil forks from early 2000's in 2023 and he did a great job. He has spare parts that are often very hard to find.

Changing seals and lower leg oil. Marzocchi 44.

In most cases the seals will still be ok, just give them all a really good wiping down to clean off all the old dirt and grease.
Dust / Oil seals are still available from a few places online, (Dr. Marzocchi has reproduction ones made to the original specs)
But small parts can be extremely hard to find these days.

Bleeding LR and CR dampers.

Marzocchi forks are pretty easy to work on. It's totally worth taking them apart to inspect everything.
The clunking could just be something simple like not enough oil in the damper, but it could be any number of things.

I had a bad sound coming from a SwitchTA air cartridge, and I found the Negative coil spring was broken in half!
