Just got an o chain r. I had adjusted the settings on the bike before riding and everything worked fine. (Although I do find it frustratingly hard to pull on the adjustment dial. )

During my first ride, I switched from locked to 9 degrees and then was later switching back to locked and things got weird. It’s now stuck in 9 degrees but the dial says it’s locked. Also, it only turns away from the markings for different settings (the opposite way it should) but it just snaps back to locked.

Yea I pushed on the pedals.

Any thoughts?
