Bike Check: Oisin O'Callaghan's Trek Session Prototype
@sudochuckwalla: the front wheel does way more braking when you are trying to really slow down. The weight shifts forward. The rear is used for speed modulation and is often held lightly for long periods of time and heats up. So a large rotor deals with the heat better.

Review: Orbea's 2026 Rallon Enduro Proves Long-Travel Enduro Bikes Aren't Dead
Jumping on this post for ease.
It’s worth noting that this bike with the DH link and a Marzocchi bomber cr coil 225x75 are not compatible as the reservoir hits the frame at bottom out. Of course, you can buy a shorter reservoir.

Review: Orbea Rallon DH - A Recipe For Locking Into Turns
That was my thought I bought a Marzocchi Bomber CR and the DH link but they are not compatible. On bottom out the reservoir just kisses the frame. Luckily nothing beside paint damage.
Also worth noting, it didn’t feel any better than a dhx2 with the enduro link.

@garybuseysfrontteeth: you need to lightly squeeze a dirt bikes throttle and you need to lightly push your foot down on an e-bikes throttle. I wonder the Nm difference needed between a moto and ebike throttle.
Can we can them circular foot throttles?

@atrokz: MSA is replacing every lift over the next few years. They chronically ill maintain their infrastructure and it’s all come down at once.
That being said, it wasn’t their call to not have the World Cup.
