Design-wise my main comment is that contractors need to STOP selling pump-only pump tracks to communities with no jumps included. And communities need to make sure they’re asking for jumps to be included in the track.

This example from Menifee California is excellent—it shows an outer line of three legit full-size tabletops.

For a long time, Clark & Kent Contractors in the UK have been designing pump tracks with a more BMX-race-track vibe, like rollable tabletops, roller-doubles, etc.:
