How to post a comment about a trail system in Trailforks?

I'm logged in Trailforks web site, I see a "Comments" section in one of my local trail system, and see comments posted by other users? However, I don't see where I can post one. How can I? Thanks.

Trail systems don't let you post comments, but individual trails do let you post comments. Here's how: Go to the trail you want to comment on and click either the 'Overview' tab or the 'Comments' tab. Scroll down and you'll see a comment box to fill in your comment. Then click submit.
If you don't see the comment box then you may not be logged in - I don't think it's visible unless you're signed into the site.

We did all the ability to add region trail reports 2 years ago.
