Looking for fabric source for MTB pants

I’m working on a prototype pant using the same class of fabric found in high-quality MTB pants (Specialized Demo Pro). The main fabric is a high-density nylon/elastane stretch woven with a slick/dry face and minimal bulk — not a brushed softshell.

I’m trying to track down either:
1. The fabric family / mill category this fabric belongs to (e.g., high-density nylon stretch, specific weave type), OR
2. A supplier / fabric program that carries something very close, OR
3. A factory / brand contact that sources this class of fabric (especially Taiwan/Korea).

If you’ve worked with multiple MTB pant fabrics, have sourcing experience, or know which mills/factories produce race-grade woven stretch fabrics, I’d appreciate pointers.

Thanks

Have you tried fabric suppliers that cater to the outdoor industry ? I make bags, packs and bike packing
gear and the like and often stumble across specialist fabrics from suppliers who are happy to send samples,
a phone call to them can sometimes lead to a contact supplier or info to what your trying to get hold off.

Here in the UK I use a couple of suppliers for hardware and fabrics, not that this is what you want but more an avenue
of thought.

Ebay can throw up suprises from time to time, search fabrics, nylon material etc some sellers get a random roll
of something exotic.
